Why a sprint, not a project

Open-ended AI projects drift; six weeks with a fixed scope doesn't. The sprint takes the roadmap — usually the one produced by the audit — and turns the first phase of it into working reality with a hard end date.

What six weeks looks like

Weeks 1–2: the chosen tools go live properly — company accounts, access control, data boundaries agreed with whoever owns IT. Weeks 2–4: team-by-team training on their own work, not a webinar. Weeks 4–6: usage measurement, the governance policy made real (one page people actually follow, plus controls where they matter), and handover.

You end with numbers, not vibes: who uses what weekly, where time is actually being saved by the team's own account, and what the next wave should be.

After the sprint

If the foundations hold, we may propose an enablement retainer — new tools vetted, new hires trained, governance kept current. It's offered by conversation after a sprint, never sold before one, because a retainer you don't yet need is exactly the kind of spend this company exists to stop.

Do we need an audit before a sprint?

Usually, yes — the sprint executes a roadmap, and the R15,000 audit is how that roadmap gets built and costed. If you already have an equivalent plan we can work from, say so in your enquiry email and we'll tell you honestly whether it's enough.

What does "from R90,000" include?

The base price covers one wave of rollout: tool selection and setup under company accounts, training for the first teams, usage measurement, and a working governance policy. The final fixed figure depends on headcount and the number of teams, and is confirmed in writing before the sprint starts — from $8,000 for international clients.

How do you measure success?

Success is measured with usage and outcome numbers agreed in week one: weekly active use of the rolled-out tools per team, task-level before/after time on the workflows we targeted, and policy adoption. You see the same numbers we do.
