Why training first

Most AI spend fails at the same point: the tools arrive, the training doesn't. A licence without a trained user is a line item, not a capability.

This is the lowest rung on our ladder for a reason. It's small enough to buy without a committee, and it produces visible change in a day — which is what earns the trust for anything bigger.

What the day covers

We build the day around your team's real work. Before the session, you send us the tools you use and three tasks that eat the most time. The day then covers: how current AI models actually work (enough to build judgement, no more), hands-on work on those three tasks, when AI output must be checked by a human, and what never goes into a public chatbot.

Every attendee leaves with working setups on their own machine and a one-page reference for their role. No slideware. If a projector is the main tool, the session has failed.

Who should attend

One team of up to 7 people who work together — engineering, operations, finance, or a mixed leadership group. A team that shares real work gets more from a day than a mixed audience of strangers, because the exercises are their actual backlog.

What does team AI training cover?

The training covers practical daily use of AI on the team's own tools and tasks: how the models work, hands-on time on real work the team brought, review rules for AI output, and what data must never go into public AI tools. Everyone leaves with a working setup and a one-page reference for their role.

Is the training remote or on-site?

Training is remote by default at the same fixed price worldwide; on-site delivery in South Africa can be arranged by email with travel billed at cost.

Do we need anything before booking?

No preparation is needed beyond a short email: your team size, your main tools, and three time-consuming tasks. We design the day around that.
