How this website works

BlueBloom's public marketing pages do not set cookies or save your enquiries or newsletter requests in browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, visitor analytics or session replay. Fonts and illustrative images are served with the website, and there are no embedded social feeds or videos.

The mobile menu and frequently asked questions work without storing a preference. Email links open your own email app; clicking does not send an enquiry, create a booking or subscribe you to the newsletter.

Technical diagnostics

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Where Sentry is enabled, it receives error and sampled performance diagnostics, such as page paths, browser details and error information. Sentry's configured diagnostics do not require a tracking cookie; session replay and default personal-information collection are disabled. Technical diagnostics are separate from advertising or newsletter marketing.

Your email provider, an agreed online training platform or an offered hosted Paystack payment page may use its own cookies and browser storage. Their policies apply when you use those services. No payment form or checkout is embedded on this website.
